What a difference a week makes. This time last week I was enjoying 50 degrees day and today I am snowed in watching Shrek 2 with my 2 year old. Sometimes blessings come wrapped in 17 below, 42 mph wind, winter wonderland.

Quick update on the brownies: FABULOUS! I did have to cut the time in half – they were ready in 12 minutes based on the recipe I used. After cooling for 10 minutes – they twisted right out and with the topping — Best ever!!
